Peace Tracks
Where Music Becomes a Movement
Peace Tracks is a youth-driven virtual exchange program we co-founded with Plugged In Band Program, rooted in the belief that music can do more than entertain—it can connect, challenge, and transform. Through this program, students from the MENA region and the United States formed global bands to write original songs and produce music videos that addressed the issues they face and the change they want to see in their world.
Designed at the intersection of cultural exchange, creative expression, and civic engagement, Peace Tracks built more than artistic skill. It fostered empathy, dialogue, and solidarity across borders—helping young people discover common ground and collective purpose. The program culminated in live-streamed global concerts, but its real legacy lies in the trust, collaboration, and courage it cultivated among a generation of youth using music to shape a more connected and compassionate world.
Peace Tracks remains a model for how the arts can drive global learning and real-world impact.
